Mao's Favorite Bacon

Organic cauliflower served in a dry pot

Fried rice with sour vegetables and smoked meat

Hand minced beef with chillies and celery
This is undoubtedly one of Hunan's reference recipes, it is a spicy and addictive dish. The veal is cut by hand very thin, which means that it absorbs all the flavor of the sauce with which it is cooked. The stem of the parsley is very present in this dish, which gives it an authentic color and flavor. Garlic Fried Ribs
A very fun dish to eat with short ribs cut into small pieces and with a Hunan-style garlic sauce. Although it is a very homemade dish, we make it a delicacy, since we make it crunchy on the outside and the meat remains juicy on the inside. At the end of its cooking, our Chef adds a mixture of chillies and fried garlic, achieving, in addition to the flavor, a smell that will transport you directly to Hunan.
Sea bass steamed with chili sauce
One of the richest and most famous dishes today. We start with the best fresh sea bass, clean it and add chilli peppers and sauces that we steam cook. The result is a wonderful juicy meat that retains all its flavor and properties. It is accompanied by a bowl of rice paste that can be added to the broth, making it very flavorful.
Chila-style steamed pork belly
It is one of the most complicated and at the same time most satisfying dishes to present due to its long preparation process. The bacon is cooked for several hours with different sauces and spices. This dish is accompanied on the inside with a dried vegetable that absorbs all the flavors and whose combination with the bacon makes it a real delicacy.
Slices of cold beef at 36 spices
It is a very popular and tasty dish, especially in southern China. It is served in thin slices of beef, which have been cooked for several hours with a set of 36 different spices. Later, we add dried chilli sauce with minced garlic and a sprig of coriander.
Pig's ear with coriander
First, the pig's ear is cleaned and then it is cooked with spices until it is just right. Cut into thin strips and serve on a cold plate. It is accompanied by coriander and mild chilli sauce. It is a very tasty dish and one of the most cooked in China.
Bamboo with smoked pork belly
Although we live in different corners of the world, we share very similar ways of cooking, for example: smoking. In this dish we select the best part of the Iberian pork belly and prepare it to smoke it for several days, at a stable temperature. Then it's time to cook the bacon with bamboo.

In China, this dish is called a farmer's bowl, since it uses ingredients that are very easy to find in the fields.
